Hi Mr Tan
I would like to seek your opinion on this insurance matter. I have a past history of high blood pressure and trying to get a term insurance with CI, TPD and death or even an early CI if possible for around 10 years. However those companies who I went to either don't cover me or just propose a term insurance only covering death. In your opinion, what is my best option to be covered as there are so many different kinds of insurance available.
My agents upon finding out about my medical condition, often seems uninterested or they are only well versed in the type of policy they are selling not others.
I'm 35 not married yet.

Are you a NS man?
See if you can be insured under Aviva SAF insurance covering term and/or critical illness?

If they do not accept you, you can buy a personal accident insurance policy. It covers personal accidents, which is the most important risk for a young person. It does not cover death or sickness by natural causes, but this should not bother you for the next 20 years (I hope). You can get a large cover, say $300,000 for an annual premium of $150, or less.
