FISCA WEBSITE

The website is www.fisca.sg.  The public can view the articles that are posted in the public section of the website. Some articles are reserved for members only. You can click on the tab "SIGN IN" and enter your email address and password to view these pages.

CHANGE PASSWORD

If you forget your password or have not set a password, you can click here. Enter your e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to you with a link to allow you to change your password. After that, you can sign in with your new password and view the pages that are reserved for members. You have to act on your link within 24 hours, as the link will expire after that. 

UPDATE PROFILE

You can view your member record by clicking the link where your name is shown. It displays a form to allows you to change your particulars. It also shows your subscription due date and amount.

SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription is $36 a year and is payable on the expiry of each period of 12 months. An e-mail is sent to notify the member 14 days, 7 days and on the due date, and 15 and 30 days after the due date. The member gets a total of 5 reminders.  Payment can be made by Pay Pal, Interbank Banking or cheque. Instructions are given in the email. 

If you wish to resign as a member, you can login with your email and password, click on your name and in the Profile page, you can click on the link "Resign as Member".  You will then be treated as a non-member.
 

FEE FOR TALK

When a member registers for a talk and a fee is payable, we send to the member an e-mail with instructions on how to make payment. We send the reminder  at regular intervals until the payment has been made. 

If you are a member and you register for more than 1 person to attend the talk, you will be entitled to the member rate, but your guests have to pay the non-member rate.

Payment can be made by PayPal, Interbank Banking or cheque. Instructions are given in the email.If payment is not made within 14 days, we may cancel the registration to release the place to other members.

If your registration is cancelled and you still wish to attend, you have to go to the website and re-register to participate in the event. 

TIP FOR NEW MEMBER

If you pay $30 for your first talk as a non-member, you will be given a refund of $20 (difference between the fee charged for member and non-member) when you decide to convert to a member. You only need to top up with $16 in cash at the talk.  
 
REMINDER OF TALK
A reminder will be sent to the member a day before the actual date of the talk. 

 

NEWSLETTER

An e-mail will be sent to members every Saturday to remind them to visit the website and view the new postings (under the Latest tab) and the talks and events (under its own tab). If you find this too regular, just ignore the email.

MAKING PAYMENT TO FISCA

This instruction on how to make payment will be contained in the e-mail sent to you. It is shown below for reference.

1) By Paypal or Credit Card at www.paypal.com.sg. Click on "Send" and pay the amount to admin@fisca.sg. Pay Pal will notify us directly of the payment.

 2) By internet banking or ATM transfer to DBS Bank (7171) Account No: 003-918453-0, Account Type: Current.  Send an e-mail to admin@fisca.sg to give details of the payment.

3) By cheque to "Financial Services Consumer Association" and mail to 24 Sin Ming Lane #02-107, Singapore 573970
